Native Honey is a premium British honey brand created by two passionate beekeepers dedicated to producing exceptional seasonal honey, harvested from some of Britain's most beautiful landscapes.
From the outset, the vision was to create a brand that felt as authentic and distinctive as the honey itself. Every touchpoint needed to communicate craftsmanship, provenance and premium quality, while standing out on increasingly competitive retail shelves.
The branding takes inspiration from the natural world, combining a refined colour palette, elegant typography and beautifully understated packaging that allows each variety of honey to tell its own story.
The website was designed to continue that experience online, creating an immersive shopping journey that educates visitors about seasonal British honey while making purchasing effortless.
One of the proudest moments for the brand came when a buyer from Selfridges discovered Native Honey at a food exhibition. Drawn in by the distinctive packaging and premium presentation, the products were selected for retail, proving just how powerful thoughtful branding can be when it meets the right audience.
This project is a perfect example of how strategic design extends far beyond aesthetics. When branding, packaging and digital design work together, they don't just attract customers—they open doors to opportunities that might otherwise never happen.
